Profile:

Business is a passion that I’ve spent many years studying and developing in.  Over the years, I’ve learned alot about what makes a business succeed and fail and those lessons have given me a unique perspective as the co-owner of Warbux, a web design & development company in Nashville, TN.

Business Stuff:

I’m a major proponent of systems and processes for business success.  I’m very passionate about mentoring young entrepreneurs and I am currently working on a book aimed at helping people step up their game in this new and ever-changing global marketplace.

Technical Stuff:

I’m a strong front-end developer and UI designer. HTML/CSS is my specialty. I spend a majority of my time designing and developing sites to be W3C compliant and cross-browser compatible. Yes, I hate IE6, and for that matter, IE in general. I love using jQuery to implement advanced functionality. I’m seriously considering making the move to Coda, but currently am using Dreamweaver as well as the rest of the Adobe Creative Suite. I made the switch to Mac over two years ago and still enjoy it. I use Windows 7 at the office and surprisingly, it’s pretty solid. Linux is my preference for serving up sites, although I plan on expanding my skills in Windows Server and Mac OS X Server in the near future. On the mobile front, I use an iPhone 4 but I’m also interested in the Android OS and very excited to see what Microsoft has up their sleaves with Windows 7 Mobile.
